Welcome To The Year

2024

Our Year of God's Light

As we stand at the threshold of the promising year 2024, let us rejoice in the anticipation of God’s light shining brightly upon us. Inspired by Psalm 119:105 – “Your word is a lamp to my feet and a light to my path,” let this year be a beacon of divine illumination guiding every aspect of our lives.

In the radiance of God’s light, may our spiritual journeys be illuminated, drawing us closer to Him. In Ephesians 5:8, we are reminded, “For at one time you were darkness, but now you are light in the Lord. Walk as children of light.” Let us embrace this identity and live accordingly.

In the year of God’s light, may our community be touched by compassion and kindness, as reflected in Matthew 5:16 – “In the same way, let your light shine before others, so that they may see your good works and give glory to your Father who is in heaven.” Let us be beacons of love and goodness, impacting lives around us.

Let God’s light permeate our families, bringing healing and unity. As stated in Psalm 27:1, “The Lord is my light and my salvation; whom shall I fear? The Lord is the stronghold of my life; of whom shall I be afraid?” Trusting in His light, let fear be replaced by faith, and uncertainty be replaced by His unwavering presence.

As we step into the year 2024, let us declare it as the “Year of God’s Light.” May His light shine in our worship, relationships, endeavors, and every corner of our existence. May this light be a testimony to His grace, leading us to a year of abundant blessings and spiritual growth.

In His Glorious Light,

Matthew Matel Okoh.

Welcome to the Month of

December

Our Month of the Power of celebration

The Power of Celebration in the life of a Christian is rooted in scriptural principles. In the Bible, Philippians 4:4 (NIV) encourages believers, “Rejoice in the Lord always. I will say it again: Rejoice!”

This emphasizes the importance of joy and celebration as a continuous aspect of Christian life. Celebration serves as a testament to God’s goodness and faithfulness. Psalm 118:24 (ESV) says, “This is the day that the Lord has made; let us rejoice and be glad in it.”

Each day is a gift from God, and celebrating it acknowledges His sovereignty and grace.

Furthermore, in Ecclesiastes 3:4 (NIV), it is stated, “a time to weep and a time to laugh, a time to mourn and a time to dance.”

This highlights the balanced view of life that includes moments of celebration as a part of God’s design.

Celebration in the life of a Christian is a reflection of gratitude, a recognition of God’s blessings, and an expression of faith, as seen in various biblical teachings and therein lies the power to overcome. For us in Jesus House we set to celebrate His faithfulness in our lives this month and beyond.

The Power of Celebration will overpower your enemies and turn your situation into a season of celebration .

May the Power of celebration speak for you this season in Jesus Mighty Name. PM

Welcome to the Month of

September

Our Month of God's power of Rehoboth

Rehoboth…at last the LORD has created enough space for us to prosper in this land.

In the Bible, “Rehoboth” is mentioned in Genesis 26:22. It’s a place name that means “open space” or “room.” In the context of the verse, it signifies a location where Isaac’s servants found enough space and resources to prosper. As believers the concept of Rehoboth can remind us of God’s provision and blessings. It can encourage us to trust that God will make a way for us in challenging situations, providing us with room to grow and thrive. Just as Isaac’s servants found an open space in Rehoboth, we can trust that God will provide opportunities and blessings for us. Remembering this can inspire gratitude and faith in God’s plans for our life.

September is Jesus House NJ Church anniversary; I would like to congratulate our members on this milestone. We offer gratitude to God for his Help in ages past. God has indeed made room for us, and we are prospering in this land, I pray that God will continue to make our journey to be filled with growth, blessings, and open spaces for greater success. Just as Rehoboth in the Bible symbolizes God’s provision, may our celebration remind us of the abundant blessings we’ve received over the years.

Declare with me:

  • This season of the Power of Rehoboth, the LORD has created enough space for me to prosper in this land.
  • The power of Rehoboth will speak for me, speak for my family, speak for my job, speak for my career, and speak for my business.
  • I prosper in everything I put my hand to.
  • I have prosperity in all areas of my life–spiritually, financially, mentally, and socially.
  • No weapon that is formed against me shall prosper.
  • I see God’s incredible blessings over my life.
  • I will see an explosion of God’s goodness, a sudden widespread increase.
  • I will experience the surpassing greatness of God’s favor. It will elevate me to a level higher than I ever dreamed of.
  • Explosive blessings are coming my way and it will not be stopped by people, disappointments, or adversities.
  • God has solutions to every problem I will ever face already lined up. The right people and the right breaks are in my future in Jesus Name. Amen.

Welcome to the Month of

August

the Month of God’s Power for a New Beginning.

Welcome to the month of August, the month of God’s Power for a new Beginning.

God said in Isa 43:19 “For I am about to do something new. See, I have already begun! Do you not see it? I will make a pathway through the wilderness. I will create rivers in the dry wasteland.”

The concept of a “new beginning” is a recurring theme in the scriptures, highlighting the power of God to bring about transformation, redemption, and hope.

The Bible contains numerous references and stories that emphasize the power of God’s new beginnings, redemption, and transformative grace. Redemption through Jesus Christ, Noah’s Ark and the Flood, Israelites’ Exodus from Egypt, The Conversion of Saul to Apostle Paul and the parable of the Prodigal Son.

These Biblical references and stories highlight God’s immense grace and the power of new beginnings through faith, repentance, and acceptance of His redemptive love. They serve as reminders of hope, restoration, and the transformative nature of God’s work in the lives of His people. Yes! We believe God is doing a new thing Now!

Declare with me:

  1. This new month, my health and strength will be renewed.
  2. This new month, I will walk in abundance and prosperity.
  3. This new month, my relationships will be blessed.
  4. This new month, my work will be fruitful and successful.
  5. This new month, I will experience joy and peace.
  6. This new month, I will connect with the right people.
  7. This new month, my thoughts will be positive and uplifting.
  8. This new month, my attitude will be filled with gratitude.
  9. This new month, my outlook will be optimistic, smart, and bold.
  10. This new month, my spirit will be strong and resilient.
  11. This new month, money will be abundant in my hands.
  12. I will end this month with a testimony.
